Hello, this is just to say we were very happy with your service on our recent holiday. Everything was well organised and staff were very pleasant. Our flight arrival time was put back by the airline, with arrival just after midnight. That was nicely handled by yourselves
Our holiday started off perfectly with Flypark. We phoned in 20 minutes beforehand and a most pleasant man answered and made sure we knew where to find it. We were greeted with a smile, given a convenient parking space, grabbed a trolley, were wished a happy holiday and off we went looking forward to our trip. Brilliant to have the car so close on the return too. What a difference to the rest of our trip which was ghastly! (Flybe over 5hrs late and Geneva Airport a nightmare)
I would definitely use them again. Great customer service - thank you.
